The restaurant of our 4-star hotel is a place where tradition and innovation meet every day, creating delicious and genuine menus.
Here you will find the best specialities of the Apulian cuisine, like orecchiette with turnips, beans with chicory, sea bass in a potato crust, to be enjoyed with local wines.
We propose a fortnightly menu, in this way you'll never find the same dishes!
At lunch and dinner, you can choose between 2 starters, 3 first courses and 3 main courses (every day we always propose at least one first course and one main course of fish), with fruit or dessert served at the table.
For breakfast we welcome you with a nice buffet made of sweet and savoury products, a feast of cakes, brioches, yoghurt and savoury items such as cold cuts, cheeses and hard-boiled eggs.

The swimming pool
Our beautiful swimming pool is the right alternative to your days by the sea: in our hotel in Vieste the swimming pool is also equipped with whirlpool and solarium with beach umbrellas and sun beds. In addition to this there is also a special area with shallow water for your kids. All around there is a garden with olive trees, palm trees, maritime pines and flowers.
